Arkose Labs Command Center
Overview
The Arkose Command Center is your central hub for data insights and self-service functions for monitoring and managing applications protected by Arkose Bot Manager. It consists of customizable dashboards that empower security analysts and business users to better understand and mitigate attacks on Arkose Bot Manager protected applications. Other overall functionalities are Data Filtering for dashboards and User Management.
Getting a Command Center Account
During your Arkose onboarding, your CSM (Customer Success Manager) will email you an invite to create an Arkose Command Center account. The email will contain a link for setting up your account password and MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication) configuration. It is valid for 7 days from date of issue, after which you must be re-invited. To be re-invited, or for any question or issue related to setting up your Command Center account, please contact your CSM.
The initial invitation is to your overall Arkose Labs account. If you are a Command Center Admin, you can invite additional Viewers and Admins.
User Roles and Admin Powers
Users can be assigned either as:
- Viewers who can only view and filter the dashboards
- Admins who can view and filter dashboards, manage keys and users, and administer user accounts:
- Add User: Send an invite to Arkose Command Center to a new user, pre-assigned as a Viewer or Admin.
- Resend Invite: Send a new invite to a user whose invite has expired.
- Change Role: Change a user’s role to either Admin or Viewer.
- Remove User: Revoke a user’s Command Center access.
Dashboards
Arkose Command Center’s three customizable dashboards empower security analysts and business users to better understand and mitigate attacks for applications protected by Arkose Bot Manager.
-
Overview Dashboard: Shows key metrics highlighting the Arkose Bot Manager's effectiveness and creates transparency around attacks and mitigation strategies.
-
Detection Dashboard: Provides transparency into the Arkose Decision Engine’s rules and methods. Particularly useful for security analysts wanting to understand the “why” behind actions.
-
Challenge Dashboard: Shows data about sessions flagged by the Decision Engine, displaying the distribution and effectiveness of deployed challenge techniques.
Data Filtering
All dashboards can be filtered for viewing specific traffic segments based on these criteria and values:
- Risk Level: All, Low Risk, Medium Risk, High Risk
- Channel: All, Mobile, Web
- Duration: 24 Hours, 7 Days, 30 Days, 90 Days, or a custom date span
- Key: All keys or individual keys
Trends
Trends Reporting allows users to view traffic and metrics related to three specific dimensions:
- Telltales
- Country
- Platform
Using filters and charts, you can quickly identify trends and insights to help you make more informed decisions. Whether you want to analyze the efficacy of a particular telltale or understand the origin and response of abusive traffic, the new Trends Reporting view can help.
Session Explorer
The Session Explorer feature of the Customer Portal provides customers the ability to search and analyze session/event level activity for the traffic processed by the Arkose Platform. As an extension of the Customer Portal Data Insights capabilities, this feature enables customers to research, analyze, better understand how the traffic is handled by the Arkose Platform. For further analysis, customers can opt to export the session/event level activity data, using the Data Exporter feature, and conduct offline analysis using in-house tools.
SSO Enablement
Arkose Command Center supports Okta and Azure AD as enterprise identify providers. Additional SSO providers will be supported in the near future.
Enforce
Arkose Labs Command Center’s Enforce Section lets you view the Enforce Challenge configuration for each key provided.
Each key’s entry has two sections as shown below:
- Enforcement Challenges Customizations
Displays information about how the key’s Enforcement Challenge (EC) is or is not customized.
- Challenge Strategy
Displays information about the key’s configuration and how the Arkose Bot Manager pressures and challenges different traffic segments.

- Total Usage
- Consumption by Month/Key
- Product Details
