End of Life and End of Support Communications

This section contains End of Life (EOL) and End of Support (EOS) communications to inform customers about the discontinuation of products and the availability of support and alternative solutions.

End of Life (EOL)

End of Life refers to the complete discontinuation and removal of a product, feature, or service from the Arkose platform. Once a component reaches EOL:

  • It will no longer be available for use by any customers
  • All functionality will be permanently disabled
  • No further development, updates, or support will be provided

End of Support (EOS)

End of Support refers to the cessation of all technical assistance and ongoing maintenance for a product, feature, or service. When a component reaches EOS:

  • The product or feature may remain available and functional for existing users
  • New feature development and enhancements are discontinued
  • No technical support, troubleshooting assistance, or customer service will be provided
  • Security updates, bug fixes, and performance improvements will no longer be released

Important Note: Components in End of Support status may transition to End of Life at a future date. We recommend planning migration to supported alternatives when possible.
