Supported Browsers


This document specifies which browsers are supported for the different components of the Arkose Platform. This page applies to Arkose Bot Manager.

Arkose Labs Command Center

The Arkose Labs Command Center is only supported on desktop, on the latest stable version of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge.

Arkose Platform

The Arkose Platform is supported on desktop and mobile. The tables below list the supported versions of the supported browsers.

The Arkose Platform may work well on other browsers that are not listed, but be aware that only the browsers listed below are tested and supported. Ask your CSM (Customer Success Manager) for more information if you want to use a browser that is not listed below.

Internet ExplorerIE 11 (supported only via fallback mode from May 9, 2023)-

With regards to IE11, since Microsoft is ending support for it on June 15, 2022:

  • As of June 15, 2022, we will do reduced proactive testing and will focus on fixing critical issues only. Accessibility will no longer be supported.

  • As of May 9, 2023, the Enforcement Challenge will render in fallback mode instead of standard mode when loaded in IE11. The Arkose Labs team will continue to test IE11 for compatibility with fallback mode and fix critical issues. Accessibility, custom styling and strings, as well as certain Arkose features are not supported.

Connected Devices

Many devices such as gaming consoles and smart TVs provide limited web browsing capabilities via WebView. The Arkose Platform may work well on many of those devices. However, due to the large number and variability of these devices, we cannot provide a list of those that are confirmed to be compatible with our solution. Please reach out to your account manager if you have questions or specific requirements.
